Some training forms of t'ai chi ch'uan are especially known for being practiced with relatively slow movements. Steve incorporates these techniques to assist partners in their relating with one another to form stronger bonds as well as developing trust and learning to move in harmony.

We will listen and commune with Crystal and Metal singing bowls, and toning, to tune into the season and dance with the healing energies of sound vibration. 

It can be said that illness is a manifestation of dis-harmony within the body—an imbalance in the cells or a given organ. Since matter is energy vibrating at different rates, by altering the rate of vibration we can change the structure of matter. Sound from Singing Bowls guide the brain to move into the Theta brain wave frequencies that induce deep meditative and peaceful states, clarity of mind, and intuition.  The sound vibrations impact our nervous system, engaging our relaxation reflex and inhibiting the stress or pain response.
