Sitting Meditation with Nezam Ardalan

Beginning June 13th to July 9th, Merkaba will host Meditation Facilitator, Nezam Ardalan of Maui Hawai'i.  Join Nezam, 3 times per week, Tuesday's 10am, Thursday's and Sunday's at 7pm for Sitting Meditations. $15.  Meditation begins to bridge the space between our internal experience and the world around us; ultimately laying the foundation for why and how we act. It offers us a doorway through which to experience our true nature, and as we begin to touch that understanding, our relationship to the world becomes more intimate, more holistic and more aware.  It is not just a place to cultivate peace and quiet of mind. Whether we are sad, happy or confused, it offers a valuable foundation to our daily interactions with our selves and our communities.  We sit to know this space, cultivate peace within ourselves and in the world around us.  “There are hundreds of ways to kneel and kiss the ground”, says Rumi. This is certainly not the only way. Be versatile in the way you explore the world and yourself, but DO explore. And join me here if you are drawn and able." ~ Nezam CLICK HERE TO REGISTER ONLINE
