The Art of Lucid Dreaming with Clare Gorres

Learn techniques to become more aware when you are dreaming, so you can alter your dreams and control your fate. Many dream elements are recurring and offer us the opportunity to develop our understanding of self-within-the-world. During the workshop, we will talk about our most common dreams and choose specific methods to maneuver in them. While in slumber, we will give you 2 Lucidity reminder prompts at 5:30 and 6:30. (You may opt to sleep at home and return by 7am.) Upon waking we will reflect on the dreams and enjoy a light breakfast.

What to Bring:
*journal and pen (write down any dreams you remember beforehand, or begin writing tonight)
*sleeping bag, sleeping pad, pillow, blankets
*water, night snacks, toothbrush, pajamas
