Yoga, Massage and Meditation
Join us for our semi-private, two part Yoga, Self-Massage and Meditation class, tailored to students’ healing needs.
During class we will focus on gradual, long-lasting transformations and intend to help students build dedicated, healthy lifestyle practices.
Two-part session, come to one or both!
Each part is $10-20 sliding scale, both parts together are $15-30 sliding scale.
(Part 1) Yoga: Breathing & Stretching & Self-Massage Techniques: 45 min, 2:30-3:15pm.
(Part 2) Meditation: Includes conversation before and after: 45 min, 3:15-4:00pm.

Yes, you can come to just one part. If you are planning to attend only the Meditation, you may quietly come in up to 10 min prior, while Yoga ends in a restorative pose, the door will open and Sally will be available to greet you.
