Yoga, Massage and Meditation
Join us for our semi-private, Yoga, Self-Massage and Meditation class, tailored to students’ healing needs.
During class we will focus on gradual, long-lasting transformations and intend to help students build dedicated, healthy lifestyle practices.
Yoga: Breathing & Stretching & Self-Massage Techniques: 45 min, 2:30-3:15pm. Meditation: Includes conversation before and after: 45 min, 3:15-4:00pm.
