Loving Kindness Meditation with Meighan
Take part in a 4 week series exploring the fullness of a loving kindness meditation. Each class will bring focused awareness to the four key components: metta (friendliness), karuna (compassion), mudita (appreciative joy), upekkha (equanimity). This style of meditation will be partially guided as well as allowing you the individual space to dive deep into self inquiry. We will extend the energy of loving kindness to ourselves, to others, and then identify productive ways to put feelings into actions. No previous meditation experience necessary! Blankets, cushions &/or chairs will be provided.
